We recently did some team CPD on the Trust Registration service and thought you’d find some of the resources useful. The registration deadline for trusts has been extended to March 2022 so it’s possible that you’ll start to get lots of enquiries from trustees in the new year and these resources will come in handy.
- HMRC has published the Trust Registration Service Manual (TRSM) – a very useful site.
- We also had a good look at the new service from Trustee Support Services which is a web based service that takes care of the whole process for trustees.
- They have a useful guide to the TRS. I think this is something many advisers may find useful. It costs £200 but could be a simple way for non-professional trustees and their advisers to comply.
