When it comes to recruiting people, we don’t mind waiting for the right person to come along. No matter how long that wait is. In 2021, we’d like to welcome a new Paraplanner to our team. So we’re starting our search now, because we’re in no hurry.

Technical skills are important; our priority is continuing to meet the high standards our clients expect. It’s not always heads down in reports and analysis; you’d play an active role in the team – building relationships with your colleagues, suggesting and implementing improvements.
We work remotely. We always have. Every team member works from home. With over twenty years experience of working this way, we have plenty of practices in place to ensure people adapt and thrive in this environment.
We believe in investing in members of the team. We’ll work with you to build your development plan and support you as you progress on your learning journey.
