Mixing it up for the PFS Paraplanning Conferences
First, a quick plug: I'll be speaking about paraplanning and professional development at the PFS's Paraplanning Conferences that are being held on 25 June in Leeds and 2 July in London.
But, second, if you read the preview of the event in the latest edition of the PFS's magazine 'Financial Solutions', you might be forgiven for thinking that there's a case for changing the name of the event.
In his preview of the Conference, the PFS's Mark Hutchinson coins an alternative phrase to describe a paraplanner: Planologists.
I like his thinking and you can read his article to see what Mark means (be warned, that link opens a PDF at the PFS site).
It offers a whole new way of looking at the idea of movers and shakers in the paraplanning world!
